高龄前列腺增生患者手术治疗效果观察

目的:探讨TURP治疗高龄前列腺增生的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析本院收治的61例高龄前列腺增生患者的临床资料,均实施TURP治疗。结果:治疗后3个月患者最大尿流率较治疗前显著增加,残余尿量显著减少(均P0.05),治疗后3个月患者IPSS评分显著低于治疗前(P0.05)。治疗前与治疗后3个月,分别利用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)对患者进行评分,经统计分析可得,治疗后3个月患者总分以及各项指标得分均显著高于之前(均P0.05)。结论:TURP治疗高龄前列腺增生可以获得理想的临床效果,显著改善患者的前列腺症状和最大尿流率等指标,并提高患者的生活质量。

The effect of surgical treatment for elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objectives:To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) for the treatment of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of the 61 elderly patients with BPH in our hospital was conducted.All the patients received the TURP for treatment.Results:At postoperative 3 months,the maximal urinary flow rate significantly increased and the amount of residual urine significantly reduced compared with those before treatment (all P ＜ 0.05) and the prostate symptom (IPSS) score was significantly lower than that before treatment (P ＜0.05).A comprehensive assessment questionnaire of the quality of life (GQOLI-74) was used to assess the quality of life of patients before treatment and 3 months after treatment,and the scores 3 months after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:TURP treatment has satisfactory effect in treating elderly patients with BPH,significantly improving the symptoms and maximum urinary flow rate and other indicators,hereby improving the quality of life of patients.
