蒙脱石散联合双歧三联活菌对腹泻患儿血管活性肠肽、神经肽Y及5-羟色胺的影响

目的观察蒙脱石散联合双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效以及对血管活性肠肽(VIP)、血浆神经肽Y(NPY)及肠黏膜5-羟色胺(5-HT)的影响。方法选择2014年3月至2016年3月于河南科技大学第二附属医院就诊的124例腹泻患儿,随机分为对照组与观察组各62例。对照组患儿仅给予蒙脱石散口服治疗;而观察组患儿在蒙脱石散的治疗基础上增服双歧三联活菌进行联合治疗,观察两组患儿症状缓解情况,并检测血浆VIP、NPY及肠黏膜5-HT、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果观察组患儿VIP、NPY及5-HT、CRP等指标水平较治疗前有明显好转,且好转幅度远大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组在腹泻停止时间、退热时间以及大便恢复正常时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论采用蒙脱石散联合双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗小儿腹泻疗效显著,快速缓解临床症状,并改善血浆中VIP、NPY及肠黏膜5-HT水平,减轻炎性反应,值得大力推广。

Effect of montmorillonite powder combined with bifid tiple viable on VIP,NPY and 5-HT of children with diarrhea

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of montmorillonite powder combined with bifid triple viable capsule in treating infantile diarrhea and its effect on vasoactive peptide(VIP), neuropeptide Y(NPY) and intestinal mucosa 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT).Methods A total of 124 child patients(under the age of three) diagnosed with diarrhea in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected.They were randomly divided into groups: control group(62 cases) and observation group(62 cases).The children in control group were only given montmorillonite powder for oral treatment, while the children in observation group received bifid tiple viable treatment in addition to montmorillonite powder.Observations the remission situation of patients in the two groups and determine the level of VIP, NPY, intestinal mucosal 5-HT and serum CRP in the groups.Results The indexes of VIP, NPY, 5-HT and CRP in the observation group were significantly better than those before treatment, and the improvement was much greater than that of the control group.The children in observation group were better than those in control group in terms of diarrhea stopping time, fever abatement time and recovery of bowel movement.The above-mentioned differences all showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of montmorillonite powder with bifid triple viable capsule has a significant effect on infantile diarrhea.It's worth promoting for it can quickly relieve clinical symptoms, improve the level of VIP, NPY and intestinal mucosa 5-HT and reduce inflammatory reaction.
