摘    要:目的:研究男性不育症患者性激素中卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(TTE)水平与精子DNA完整性之间的相关性。方法:选取该院收治男性不育症患者75例作为研究对象,测定血清性激素中FSH,LH,TTE的含量,进行分组分析,并行精子DNA碎片率检测(DFI),分析三种性激素水平与精子DFI之间相关性。结果:对男性不育症患者血清中FSH、LH、TTE三种性激素进行Spearman相关分析可知,患者血清FSH水平与LH水平呈正相关(r=0.510,P0.001);多元线性回归分析显示,FSH、LH及TTE与DFI呈负相关(R~2=0.899,F=132.898,P0.001)。结论:血清性激素FSH、LH与TTE水平较低可能导致精子DNA损伤程度增加,对男性不育症的诊治有一定指导意义。

Abstract:Objectives:To detect the correlation between the sex hormones including follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone (TTE) level and sperm DNA integrity in male infertility patients.Methods:75 male infertility patients in the hospital were selected to detect the concentration of serum sex hormones (FSH,LH,and TTE) and DNA fragmentation test index (DFI),to analyze the relationship between DFI and different concentrations of hormones.Results:According to the Spearman correlation analysis results,FSH and LH levels were positively correlated (r =0.510,P < 0.001) with DFI.The multivariate linear regression analysis showed that FSH,LH and TTE were negatively correlated with DFI (R2 =0.899;F =132.898;P < 0.001).Conclusion:Low levels of FSH,LH and TTE may aggregate the sperm DNA integrity damage,which may help in the diagnosis and treatment of male infertility.
