芪精平亢汤对男性Graves甲亢患者性激素的影响

目的:探讨芪精平亢汤对Graves甲亢治疗中男性性激素的影响。方法:将2011年1月至2015年12月45例来我院就诊的接受芪精平亢汤治疗的Graves甲亢男性患者作为观察组,选取同期来体检的男性45例作为对照组,比较观察组治疗前后甲状腺激素及性激素水平。结果:经芪精平亢汤治疗后,45例男性甲亢患者血清甲状腺素水平逐步恢复正常,治疗前后观察组血清甲状腺素水平存在显著性差异(P0.01)。观察组患者治疗前的LH、E_2与治疗后的比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01),经芪精平亢汤治疗后,患者的LH、E_2逐渐趋于正常。结论:芪精平亢汤对Graves甲亢治疗中患者的性激素水平有一定的改善作用,治疗后的患者体内LH、E_2逐步趋于正常值。

Effect of Qi Jing Ping Kang decoction on male sex hormone in patients with Graves hyperthyroidism

Objectives:To explore the effect of Qi Jing Ping Kang decoction on male sex hormone in patients with Graves hyperthyroidism.Methods:45 male patients with Graves hyperthyroidism in our hospital who received Qi Jing Ping Kang Decoction treatment from January 2011 to December 2015 were selected as observation group.In the same period 45 healthy male patients were selected as control group.Thyroid hormone and sex hormone levels before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results:After Qi Jing Ping Kang decoction treatment,serum thyroxine level of observation group gradually returned to normal level.The difference in serum thyroid hormone levels in observation group between before and after treatment was significant (P ＜ 0.01).In observation group,the differences in LH and E2 between before and after treatment were statistically significant (P ＜0.01).After treatment,LH and E2 levels of observation group gradually returned to normal level.Conclusion:Qi Jing Ping Kang decoction can improve sex hormone levels in patients with Graves' disease.After treatment,LH and E2 levels in patients gradually returned to normal level.
