改良式PKRP术对良性前列腺增生患者性功能及生活质量的影响

目的:分析并探改良式PKRP术对BPH患者性功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2012年4月至2015年4月期间来我院接受治疗的良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者120例,随机分为两组,每组60例,分别是观察组与对照组。观察组患者给予PKRP进行治疗,对照组患者给予TUERP进行治疗,观察并记录两组患者治疗后临床效果与性功能及生活质量。结果:两组患者治疗后各项指标均有明显改善(P0.05),但组间无显著差异(P0.05)。观察组性功能障碍占60.00%,明显低于对照组的78.33%,经统计学检验,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:改良式PKRP术治疗BPH效果显著,且改善性功能及生活质量,临床上值得推广。

Effect of modified PKRP surgery on the sexual function and quality of life of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objectives:To analyze and explore the effect of modified PKRP on the sexual function and quality of life of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods:120 patients with BPH in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each of 60 cases.The observation group received PKRP and the control group received TUERP treatment.The clinical effect,sexual function and quality of life of the two groups were observed and recorded.Results:After treatment,all indicators were improved significantly (P ＜ 0.05),but no significant difference was found between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The incidence of sexual dysfunction in observation group was 60.00％,significantly lower than the 78.33％ in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Modified PKRP is of remarkable effect in treating patients with BPH and improving their sexual function and quality of life,thusly worthy of clinical application.
