农村留守青少年的性心理现状及其影响因素分析

目的:了解农村留守青少年的性心理现状并探讨其影响因素。方法:采用青春期性心理健康问卷对151名农村留守青少年进行调查,并对性心理健康的影响因素做相应的统计学分析。结果:农村留守青少年性心理健康总体均分(108.01±13.68)分。年级、性别、自觉相关性知识是否有用、是否接受过相关性知识、不同性知识内容以及民族等都会对其性心理健康产生影响(P0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:农村留守青少年性心理健康总体水平较低,表明其存在不同程度的性心理障碍;农村留守青少年的性心理健康受多种因素影响,因此,在推进农村留守青少年性教育的工作中,应综合考虑各影响因素,帮助其树立正确的性态度和性观念,促进其健康成长。

Investigation and analysis of status and influencing factors of psychosexual healthin left-behind rural children

Objectives:To investigate the current level of psychosexual health of rural left-behind children,and explore the influencing factors of psychosexual health.Methods:151 rural left-behind children were surveyed with the psychosexual health questionnaire,and related statistical analysis was performed.Results:The average score of psychosexual health of left-behind rural children was (108.01 ± 13.68) points,and grade,gender,awareness of the usefulness of knowledge,whether receiving relevant sexual knowledge or not,and nation were the influencing factors,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The current level of psychosexual health of rural children was low,indicating some degree of psychosexual disorders,and the psychosexual health of rural children was affected by many factors.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the influencing factors of psychosexual health in health education,in order to help them establish correct sexual attitudes and promote their healthy development.
