经阴道网片行盆底重建术56例临床疗效分析

目的:研究经阴道网片行盆底重建术在盆腔器官脱垂患者中的临床治疗效果,为临床提供依据。方法:选取2012年2月至2014年5月医院诊治的盆腔器官脱垂患者112例,根据手术方式不同将患者分为对照组56例和观察组56例。对照组采用传统阴式子宫切除术及阴道前后壁修补术治疗,观察组采用经阴道网片行盆底重建术治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组术中出血量、术后残余尿量,显著少于对照组(P0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率为7.10%,显著低于对照组的17.9%(P0.05),观察组术后复发率,显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:与传统手术治疗相比,盆腔器官脱垂患者采用经阴道网片行盆底重建术治疗效果理想,值得推广应用。

Clinical efficacy of transvaginal pelvic floor reconstructive surgery : analysis of 56 cases

Objectives:To investigate the clinical efficacy of transvaginal pelvic floor reconstructive surgery for patients with pelvic organ prolapse (POP),and provide basis for its clinical treatment.Methods:112 POP patients in our hospital from February 2012 to May 2014 were selected and,according to the different surgery received,were divided into control group and observation group,each of 56 cases.The control group received traditional vaginal hysterectomy and vaginal wall repair treatment,while observation group received transvaginal pelvic floor reconstructive surgery.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The blood loss and postoperative residual urine volume in the observation group was significantly less than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The postoperative complication rate in observation group was 7.10％,significantly lower than the 17.9％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05),and the recurrence rate in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional surgery,transvaginal pelvic floor reconstructive surgery is effective in treating POP patients,which should be widely applied.
