经阴道与腹腔镜下良性卵巢肿瘤切除术的临床效果对比分析

目的:探讨经阴道和腹腔镜两种方法用于良性卵巢肿瘤切除术的临床疗效。方法:通过分析2011年8月至2014年9月重庆市巴南区人民医院收治的183例良性卵巢肿瘤患者的临床资料,根据患者手术方式分为经阴道手术组和腹腔镜手术组分别81例、102例,对两组患者手术结束的临床效果进行分析。结果:两种治疗方法术后治愈率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);腹腔镜手术时间显著长于经阴道手术方法,两组术后排气时间和住院时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:经阴道和腹腔镜手术在良性卵巢肿瘤患者临床治疗中各有利弊,具体选择方案应根据患者具体病情进行选择,针对患者进行经济有效的治疗。

Clinical effect of trans-vaginal and macroscopic resection of benign ovarian tumor

Objectives:To evaluate the clinical effect of trans-vaginal and macroscopic resection of benign ovarian tumor.Methods:The clinical data of 183 patients with benign ovarian tumors treated in Banan District Peopleg Hospital from August 2011 to September 2014 was analyzed and the patients were divided,according to the surgery received,into trans-vaginal surgery group (n =81) and macroscopic surgery group (n =102).The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Difference in the cure rate between the two groups was not significant (P ＞ 0.05).The operative time of macroscopic surgery group was longer than that of the trans-vaginal surgery group.Difference in the postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time was statistically significant (P ＜0.05),but difference in the amount of bleeding was of no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05),so as difference in the incidence of postoperative complications.Conclusion:Trans-vaginal and macroscopic resection surgery both have advantages and disadvantages in treating benign ovarian tumor,and should be chosen according to the specific condition of patients.
