| 摘 要： | 儿童具有脾常不足的生理特点,其过敏性紫癜的发生与脾的关系密切。脾虚既是紫癜发生的内因,又是紫癜迁延和发展的主要因素。故儿童过敏性紫癜的辨治不可仅从热邪着眼,而应注意到脾的影响,适时地从脾论治能取得良好的疗效。
