男性不育症患者的精液各项参数与解脲支原体感染相关性分析

目的:探讨男性不育患者解脲支原体感染与精子各项参数的关系。方法:收集103例不育男性患者,检测解脲支原体感染情况以及精液pH值、液化时间、精液的体积、精子密度、活力和正常形态率,并按照是否感染解脲支原体分为阳性组和阴性组,比较两组精液的各项参数的差异是否有统计学意义。结果:与解脲支原体感染阴性组比较,阳性组的患者的精液密度、活力和正常形态率显著降低,精液液化时间显著增长(P0.05),而两组患者的精液的pH值和精液体积的比较没有统计学意义。结论:解脲支原体感染会影响精液液化时间、精子浓度、活力和正常形态率,是导致男性不育的重要原因,应引起临床医生和孕前检查的夫妇们的关注。

Relationship between ureaplasma urealyticum infection and semen parameters of male infertility

Objectives:To investigate the relationship bet~n ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) infection and semen parameters,including PH value,the volume of semen,sperm density,sperm motility and normal sperm morphology rate (NSMR).Methods:According to UU infection status,the semen samples from 103 male infertile patients in Reproductive Medical Center were divided into negative group and positive group.Semen parameters of the two groups were compared.Results:The sperm density,sperm motility and NSMR of negative groups were significantly higher than these in positive groups (P ＜0.05).However,UU infection did not significantly affect the volume of semen.Conclusion:UU infection can influence semen quality hereby affecting the fertility,which needs to be paid more attention.
