宫颈冷刀锥切术后对性生活影响的调查研究

目的:评价宫颈冷刀锥切术后对宫颈上皮内瘤变3级(CINⅢ)患者的性生活的状况及其影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2012年1月至2015年1月我院采用宫颈冷刀锥切术治疗153例CINⅢ级患者的临床资料。采用亚利桑那州性体验量表分别于术前、术后6个月、术后1年对患者进行问卷调查,分析其性体验现状及影响因素。结果:患者手术前性体验得分为(16.24±3.840)分,术后6个月性体验得分为(18.18±4.228)分,术后1年性体验得分为(17.21±4.916)分,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。多元回归分析结果显示术后年龄、家庭关系、是否离异及并发症是影响患者性体验的重要因素(P0.05)。结论:宫颈冷刀锥切术(CKC)后对性生活造成影响,术后对患者及配偶心理疏导、性知识宣教及CIN科普宣传是非常必要的,应作为术后随访重要内容,提高患者生活质量。

Impact of cervical cold knife conisation on postoperative sex life

Objectives:To evaluate the cervical cold knife conisation (CKC) on the postoperative sex life of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia Ⅲ （ CIN Ⅲ) and its influencing factors.Methods:A retrospective analysis on the clinical data of 153 CIN Ⅲ patients receiving CKC in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 was conducted.The Arizona sexual experience scale was used to survey the sex life of all patients at preoperative and postoperative 6 months and 1 year,to analyze the situation of sexual experience and its influencing factors.Results:The preoperative and postoperative 6 months and 1 year sex life experience score was (16.24 ± 3.840),(18.18 ± 4.228) and (17.21 ± 4.916) respectively,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.01).Multiple regression analysis results showed that age,family relationships,whether divorced and post-operational complications were the important factors influencing the patients' sexual experience (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:CKC can affect the postoperative sexual life of patient and spouse psychological counseling,sex knowledge education and CIN knowledge propaganda are very necessary,which should be considered as an important content of postoperative follow-up to improve patients' quality of life.
