已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染受配偶影响的相关因素分析

目的:探讨已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染受配偶影响的相关因素,以采取相应的对策,降低RTIs发生率。方法:选择2015年2月至2016年8月在我院妇产科接受检查的208名已婚妇女,并收集受检者配偶的临床资料,分析已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染受配偶影响的相关因素。结果:208名研究对象中共有62例RTIs,RTIs率为29.81%。感染疾病构成以宫颈糜烂、细菌性阴道炎及念珠菌性阴道炎为主。经logistic回归分析,配偶年龄、文化程度、职业、经常出差、有过尿路感染、经期仍性生活、同房前不经常清洗生殖器、换洗内裤时间>2d、公共浴所洗浴、包茎或包皮过长、不使用避孕套、与多人发生性关系、不了解RTIs相关知识为已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染受配偶影响的独立影响因素。结论:已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染受配偶多种相关因素的影响,临床上应重视阴道疾病的筛查,与此同时应对成年人加强健康知识宣教工作,以提高生殖健康水平。

Analysis of the related influence factors of male-female on the reproductive tract infection among married women of childbearing age

Objectives:To explore the related influence factors of male-female on the reproductive tract infection (RTIs) among married women of childbearing age,so as to take corresponding measures to reduce the incidence of RTIs.Methods:208 married women accepting examination in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were selected and clinical data of their spouses was collected.The related influence factors of male-female on the reproductive tract infection were analyzed.Results:There were 62 cases of RTIs,an incidence of 29.81％.Infection diseases included cervical erosion,bacterial vaginitis and candida vaginitis.By logistic regression analysis,age,culture degree,occupation of spouse,frequent travel,urinary tract infection,sexual intercourse during menstruation,no-cleaning of genitals before intercourse,changing underwear time ＞ 2D,public bath bathing,phimosis,no condom use,multiple sexual relations,and lack of relevant knowledge of RTIs were independent influence factors.Conclusion:RTI is affected by various factors related to the spouse.Physicians should pay attention to clinical screening of vaginal diseases and strengthen health education for adults at the same time,in order to improve the level of reproductive health.
