摘    要:目的:通过交叉试验对比精液和尿道拭子两类标本在中青年急性附睾炎病原微生物检测的效能,为临床诊治提供参考。方法:确诊急性附睾炎的中青年患者依标准入组,同一试验对象先后取尿道拭子和精液,同送实验室行病原微生物培养或检测,借助软件SPSS行交叉试验统计分析。结果:纳入患者75例,年龄(37.4±5.2)岁,精液检出病原微生物38例(50.7%),尿道拭子检出29例(38.7%),精液明显优于尿道拭子(P=0.035),检出微生物的构成比例大致相同。结论:精液标本检测急性附睾炎病原微生物方便有效,较尿道拭子有更高的检验效能,充分配合运用两类标本有助疾病早期诊断和精准治疗。

Abstract:Objectives:To compared the detection efficiency of semen versus urethral swab for the pathogenic microorganism of acute epididymitis,in order to provide basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Young and middle-aged men with confirmed acute epididymitis were enrolled in the study.Semen and urethral swab of every patient was subjected to culture of normal bacterial species for detection.SPSS was used for statistical analysis.Results:A total of 75 men were included,with a mean age of 37.4 ± 5.2 years-old.38 patients were detected positive by semen and 29 ones by urethral swab,a detection rate of 50.7% and 38.7% respectively,with significant difference (P =0.035).The microorganism constitution of the two methods was similar.Conclusion:Semen is convenient and effective in detecting pathogenic microorganisms of acute epididymitis,while urethral swab is of higher power of test.Therefore,joint use of the two methods can result into early diagnosis and accurate treatment.
