宫颈癌根治术对育龄女性性功能及生活质量的影响

目的:研究宫颈癌根治术对育龄女性性功能、生活质量的影响。方法:选取我院2011年1月至2015年12月期间实施宫颈癌根治术的318例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,对比患者治疗前后的性功能评分,QLQ-C30生活质量评分,不同治疗方式对患者性功能评分总分值及QLQ-C30总分值的影响,分析患者性功能评分总分与QLQ-C30总分的相关性。结果:治疗后患者性功能评分的各项分值均明显低于治疗前的水平,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后QLQ-C30生活质量评分的各项分值均明显高于治疗前的水平,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后单纯手术组的性功能评分总分值及QLQ-C30总分值仍明显高于手术综合放化疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后保留盆腔神经组的性功能评分总分值及QLQ-C30总分值仍明显高于未保留盆腔神经组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。根据Spearman法分析相关性可知,患者性功能评分总分与QLQ-C30总分呈负相关(r=-0.789,P=0.000)。结论:宫颈癌根治术对于育龄女性的性功能及生活质量均具有一定的影响,临床治疗时应综合考虑患者的实际情况,尽可能地选择科学合理的治疗方案。

Influence of radical hysterectomy on the sexual function and quality of life of women of childbearing age

Objectives:To study the influence of radical hysterectomy on sexual function and quality of life of women of childbearing age.Methods:318 cervical cancer patients treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects.Sexual function scores and QLQ-C30 quality of life scores of patients before and after treatment were compared.Influences of different treatment methods on the patient's sexual function score and the total score of QLQ-C30 were analyzed.The correlation between the total score of the patient's sexual function score and the total score of QLQ-C30 was analyzed.Results:After treatment,the scores of sexual function score of patients were significantly lower than that before treatment,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the scores of QLQ-C30 and quality of life scores were significantly higher than these before treatment,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the total score and QLQ-C30 score of the simple operation group were still significantly higher than these of chemoradiotherapy group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the total score of sexual functional score and the total score of QLQ-C30 of pelvic cavity nerve reserved group were still significantly higher than these of the pelvic cavity nerve unreserved group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).According to the correlation analysis of the Spearman method,the score of the patient's sexual function was negatively correlated with the total score of QLQ-C30 (r =-0.789,P =0.000).Conclusion:The radical hysterectomy has a certain influence on the sexual function and quality of life of women of childbearing age and actual situation of the patients should be considered to select scientific and reasonable treatment.
