西帕依麦孜彼子胶囊联合帕罗西汀治疗早泄的临床研究

目的:研究西帕依麦孜彼子胶囊联合盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗早泄的疗效和安全性。方法:将90例早泄患者随机分为三组,每组30例。A组患者单用西帕依麦孜彼子胶囊0.5g tid;B组患者单用盐酸帕罗西汀片20mg qd;C组患者同时服用西帕依麦孜彼子胶囊和盐酸帕罗西汀片,剂量同A,B组,连续服用4周。比较三组治疗前后的平均阴道内射精潜伏期(IELT)、国际勃起功能指数(IIEF)问卷中的患者及配偶性交满意度评分,观察治疗期间的不良反应。结果:90例早泄患者全部完成临床研究,治疗后,患者平均IELT延长、患者及其配偶的性交满意度评分提高,差异具统计学意义(P0.05),B组患者的IELT和性交满意度评分略好于A组,但两组间差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。C组患者的IELT和性交满意度评分则显著高于单用药A组和B组,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。联合用药患者出现不良反应4例(13.3%),与单用药组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:联合应用西帕依麦孜彼子胶囊和帕罗西汀片治疗早泄,疗效显著高于单用两种药物,且不增加不良反应。

Clinical research of Xipayi Mazibizi capsule joint Paroxetine tablets in treating premature ejaculation

Objectives:To explore the curative effect and security of combined application of Xipayi Mazibizi capsule and Paroxetine tablets for premature ejaculation (PE) treatment.Methods:90 PE patients were randomly divided into three groups,30 cases in each group.Group A received Xipayi Mazibizi capsule 0.5g tid;group B received Paroxetine tablet 20mg qd;group C received both Xipayi Mazibizi capsule and Paroxetine tablet,with the same dose of group A and B,all for 4 consecutive weeks.The Intravaginal Ejaculation Latency Time (IELT),International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF) and satisfaction score of intercourse before and after treatment were compared.The incidence of adverse rcaction during treatment was observed.Results:All of the 90 patients completed the study.There was a significant increase in the satisfaction scores of intercourse after treatment in all patients compared to those before treatment,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The IELT and satisfaction score of intercourse in group B was slightly better than group A,without statistically significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).The IELT and satisfaction score of intercourse in group C was significant better than both group A and B,with statistically signiifcnat difference (P ＜0.05).Four patients (13.3％) in group C had adverse reaction,without statistically significant difference compared to group A and B (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Combined application of Xipayi Mazibizi capsule and Paroxetine tablets for premature ejaculation treatment is of significant better curative effect than single application,while do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
