| 摘 要： | 目的加强抗生素管理,促进抗生素的合理使用. 方法依据<浙江省抗菌药物临床合理应用指导方案>(试行)、<浙江省抗菌药物临床使用和管理制度落实专项检查>评分标准,组织人员对本院抗生素使用进行自查. 结果通过自查分析,针对问题,落实管理制度,制定<实施细则>,并监督、检查考核,促进抗生素合理使用. 结论只有加强管理,才能更好实施管理细则、管理目标,并发挥中医中药优势,促进抗生素合理使用的目的.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To strengthen the antibiotic management in order to promote its reasonable application. METHODS Based on provincial scoring standards to organize self-exam about antibiotic application in hospitals. RESULTS After self-exam and analysis to improve antibiotic management and promote its reasonable application. CONCLUSIONS The reasonable application of antibiotics could be obtained only after strengthening its management and augmenting the dominant role of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese materia medica (TCMM). |
