心理干预对青年肺癌患者化疗依从性的价值

目的探讨一般性心理治疗和认知疗法对青年肺癌患者化疗依从性的价值。方法回顾分析笔者所在医院2007年1月～2009年12月经病理学证实的45岁以下肺癌患者120例，随机分为干预组68例和时照组52例。两组均接受相应的内科综合治疗及护理措施。干预组在对照组基础上给予支持性心理治疗和认知疗法等护理十预。结果卜预绀化疗依从性良好率（75．0％）较对照组（44．2％）高（P〈0．01）；化疗1年后，干预组复发率（16．1％）较对照组（34．7％胝（P〈0．05）。结论心理干预能有效改善青年肺癌患者的身心状况，提高患者化疗依从性，从而减少化疗毒副作用，提高生活质量，有利于疾病的转归。

Worth of psychotherapy and cognitive therapy on chemotherapy compliance of the youthful lung cancer patients

Objective To discuss the worth of psychotherapy and cognitive therapy on chemotherapy compliance of the 120 youthful lung cancer patients. Methods 120 patients with lung cancer aged under 45 and pathologically proved from Jan,2007 to Nov,2009 were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were divided into experiment group（68 patients）and control group（52 patients）.The patients in both groups were given corresponding medical complex treatment and nursing.The patients in experiment group were given psychotherapy and cognitive therapy on this basis. Results The rate of good chemotherapy compliance of experiment group was higher than that of control group（P 〈 0.01）;After one year with chemotherapy,the recurernce rate of experiment group was lower than that of cnntrol group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The mental intervention could improve the health and chemotherapy compliance of yoathtul lung cancer patients,reduce adverse effect,improve the quality of living,and be favorable for the illness to get better.
