| 摘 要： | 目的观察夫西地酸乳膏联合丙酸氯倍他索乳膏治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法治疗组交替使用夫西地酸乳膏和丙酸氯倍他索乳膏,对照组单独使用丙酸氯倍他索乳膏。连续用药2周后进行疗效判定。结果治疗组有效率为95.00%,对照组有效率为83.33%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论夫西地酸乳膏和丙酸氯倍他索乳膏治疗湿疹效果显著,无明显不良反应发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect on fusidic acid cream combined with clobetasol propionate cream in treatment of eczema.Methods The treatment group used alternately fusidic acid cream and clobetasol propionate cream,and the control group used alone clobetasol propionate cream.The patients with continuous medication were judged curative effect after two weeks.ResultsThe effective rate of treatment group was 95.00%,and the control group was 83.33%,efficiency between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Patients used fusidic acid cream and clobetasol propionate cream in treatment of eczema has significant efficacy,and no obvious adverse reactions occur. |
