酮康唑乳膏的处方改进

目的对酮康唑乳膏加以改进,使其治疗真菌感染的疗效提高。方法选择2003年6月～2011年6月笔者所在医院治疗真菌感染患者120例,随机分为A、B两组,各60例患者。A组患者用酮康唑氮酮乳膏外擦,3次/d;B组用酮康唑乳膏外擦,3次/d。治疗期间观察两组患者治疗情况,并对治疗结果进行分析。结果治疗组在体癣、股癣、足癣、手癣这四种类型真菌感染的比例明显高于对照组。结论经笔者所在医院改进的酮康唑乳膏可以大大提高酮康唑的疗效,使复发率明显降低。

Improved prescription ketoconazole cream

Objective Ketoconazole cream to be improved to increase the efficacy of treatment of fungal infections.Methods The 120 patients of fungal treatment infections were randomly divided into A、B groups in hospital during June 2003 to June 2011,all 60 patients,A group treated with ketoconazole cream outside the Azone rub three times a day,B group with ketoconazole outside rubbing cream three times a day,patients were observed during the treatment situation and treatment results were analyzed.Results In tinea,jock,itch,athlete＇s foot,ringworm hand in four types of fungal infections was significantly higher.Conclusion The hospital improved ketoconazole cream can greatly improve the effectiveness of ketoconazole,the recurrence rate was significantly reduced.
