妊娠晚期胎盘早剥的临床诊断和治疗

目的探讨胎盘早剥的产前诊断和治疗方法。方法随机选取笔者所在医院2007年12月～2011年6川收治的胎盘早剥60例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果胎盘早剥患者经过全面的问诊和辅助检查，产前诊断符合率为56．7％；43（633％）例孕妇合并有妊娠期高血压，是胎盘早剥主要原因，阴道出血、腹痛、胎监异常为常见临床表现，八比例分别为38．3％、31．7％、20．0％；治疗后所有产妇均无死亡，围手术期胎儿死亡率为75．0％。结论胎盘早剁是晚期妊娠严重并发症，应该高度重视胎盘早剥患者的早期诊断和正确治疗，以改善胎盘早剥患者的预后。

Clinical diagnosis and treatment of placental abruption in late pregnancy

Objective To investigate the prenatal diagnosis of placental abruption and treatment. Methods Handomly selected in December 2007 to our hospital in June 2011 treated patients were 60 cases of placental abruption were retrospectively analyzed. Results After a thorough interrogation patients with placental abruption and laboratory examinations prenatal diagnosis rale was 63.3%： 43 （63.3%） cases of pregnant women associated with gestational hypertension,placental abruption was the main reason,vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain,fetal monitoring is a common abnormal clinical manifestations, the rates were 38.3% and 31.7%, 20.0%; treatment of all maternal deaths occur no perioperative mortality rate was 75.0% fetus. Conclusion Placental abruption was a serious complication of late pregnancy,placental abruption should attach great importance to patients with early diagnosis and proper treatment,to improve the prognosis of patients with placental abruption.
