新生儿首针乙型肝炎疫苗免疫接种情况分析

目的探讨新生儿乙型肝炎疫苗首针及时接种情况及其影响因素,为HepB免疫策略提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查的方法,对资料进行回顾性分析,两样本之间的统计分析采用x2检验。结果常住户口的新生儿首针及时接种率明显高于暂住户口新生儿的首针及时接种率,两者差异有统计学意义（x2=21.13,P〈0.05）;住院分娩的新生儿首针及时接种率明显高于未住院分娩的新生儿,两者差异有统计学意义（x2=16.88,P〈0.05）;外地出生后转入是导致新生儿HepB1未及时接种的主要原因。结论加强流动人口的管理,加大宣传力度,提高产妇住院分娩率提高HepB首针及时接种率的主要措施。

Newborns first dose of hepatitis B vaccine immunity vaccination situation analysis

Objective To discuss the newborn hepatitis B vaccine first dose prompt vaccination situation and the influencing factor,provided the basis for the hepB immunization strategy.Methods we used the spot investigation the method,carried on the review analysis to the material,the two samples used for statistical analysis between the chi-square test.Results Permanent residence of the first dose of timely vaccination rate of newborns was significantly higher than the temporary residence of the first dose of timely vaccination of newborns,the difference had statistics significance（x2 =21.13,P0.05）;Ln hospital childrenbirths,first dose of timely vaccination rate is higher than obviously not been hospitalized the childbirth newborn,the difference had statistics significance （x2 =16.88,P0.05）;After outside areas birth change over to was causes the newborn hepB1 not prompt vaccination the primary cause.Conclusion Strengthen the management of floating population,to intensify propaganda and increase hospital delivery rate can improve timely vaccination rates of first dose of hepB the main measures.
