大剂量病毒唑雾化治疗毛细支气管炎疗效分析

目的探讨大剂量病毒唑雾化治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将68例确诊为毛细支气管炎的患儿随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用大剂量病毒唑原液50mg/（kg·d）雾化治疗,对照组采用病毒唑10mg/（kg·d）并补足生理盐水雾化吸入治疗。结果实验组的主要症状恢复时间、辅助检查指标恢复正常时间以及住院时间等均明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）;1周后对两组患儿进行疗效评价,结果显示实验组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对毛细支气管炎患儿采用大剂量病毒唑雾化治疗可以明显缩短患儿治疗时间,改善患儿症状。

Effect analysis of high-dose ribavirin aerosol treatment on bronchiolitis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of high-dose ribavirin aerosol treatment of bronchiolitis. Methods 68 patients diagnosed with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,experimental group 50 mg/（kg·d）dose ribavirin liquid spray treatment,and control group make up the physical 10 mg/（kg·d）saline inhalation therapy. Results The main symptoms of recovery time, aid recovery time and check the index hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group etc （P 0.05）. After one week,two groups of patients for efficacy evaluation of the results showed that the experimental group significantly better than the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Children with bronchiolitis group of high-dose ribavirin aerosol treatment can significantly reduce the treatment time,improve children＇s symptoms.
