| 摘 要： | 目的了解真菌性角膜溃疡患者对疾病相关的信息需求,为进行健康教育、实施优质护理提供依据。方法自行设计问卷,对笔者所在医院26例新入院患者进行调查分析,了解其信息需求情况。结果患者均有对疾病相关的信息需求,主要包括心理支持、疾病病因、缓解眼部不适、治疗方案、疾病预后、治疗及护理配合、出院后自我护理等。结论提供疾病相关信息可以减轻患者的不良情绪,提高患者满意度和护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out disease-related information needs in fungal corneal ulcer patients,and to provide the basis for health education and high quality nursing care.Methods To investigate and analyze information needs in 26 newly admitted patients in our hospital with self-designed questionnaire.Results All patients need disease-related information,including psychological support,etiology and prognosis of the disease,the way to relieve eye discomfort,treatment plan,cooperation between treatment and nursing care,and self care after discharge.Conclusion Providing patients with disease-related information can reduce dysthymia,promote coordination of treatment and nursing care,increase patient satisfaction and improve nursing quality. |
