不同剂量地塞米松混合湿敷液预防儿童静脉炎的疗效

目的选择静脉炎预防药物的最佳浓度匹配，来降低静脉炎的发生，为长期需要化疗的患儿减轻痛苦。方法选择2％利多卡因5mL＋25％硫酸镁15mL＋地塞米松2.5mg同步化疗前静脉湿敷为实验组①，2％利多卡因5mL＋25％硫酸镁15mL＋地塞米松5mg同步化疗前静脉湿敷为实验组②，常规化疗不使用同步化疗前药物湿敷静脉为观察组。结果实验组①与观察组比较和实验组②与观察组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）；实验组①湿敷疗效高于实验组②，P〈0.05。结论用2％利多卡因及25％硫酸镁联合地塞米松可以很好地预防静脉炎发生；2％利多卡因5mL＋25％硫酸镁15mL＋地塞米松2.5mg比2％利多卡因5mL＋25％硫酸镁15mL＋地塞米松5mg湿敷预防静脉炎效果更显著；有利于患儿化疗的顺利进行并有效减轻了痛苦。

Comparison of efficacy on prevention of child phlebitis with different doses of dexamethasone in hydropathic liquid

Objective To reduce the incidence of phlebitis during long course of chemotherapy in leuke- mic child patients by the choice of the best concentration of ingredients in the hydropathic liquid. Methods For experimental group 1, hydropathic compress with 2% lidoeaine 5 mL ＋ 25% magnesium sulfate 15 mL ＋2.5 mg dexamethasone was applied to the candidate vein before chemotherapy. And for experi-mental group 2, 2% lidocaine 5 mL ＋ 25% magnesium sulfate 15 mL ＋ 5 mg dexamethasone compress was used. For the control group, no hydropathic compress was used before chemotherapy. Results There were signifieantl difference of efficacy in experimental group 1 and 2 as compared to the control group （P〈0.01）. The efficacy of experimental group 1 was higher than that of experimental group 2, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hydropathic compress with 2% lidocaine ＋25% magnesium sulfate ＋ dexa- methasone can be used to prevent the development of phlebitis caused by chemotherapy; 2.5mg dexam- ethasone has better effect than that of 5 mg.
