重症监护病房肠杆菌科细菌和非发酵菌的分布及其耐药分析

目的 探讨重症监护病房肠杆菌科细菌和非发酵菌的菌种分布及耐药谱。方法对重症监护病房临床标本中分离的肠杆菌科细菌和非发酵菌进行比较分析。结果共培养出革兰阴性杆404株，其中非发酵菌242株和肠杆菌科细菌117株。非发酵菌以铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、脑膜脓毒黄杆菌、嗜麦芽假单胞菌和洋葱假单胞菌较多见。肠杆菌科细菌以大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和阴沟肠杆菌为多。所测定菌株均呈高度耐药。结论对重症监护病房肠杆菌科细菌和非发酵菌感染，根据药敏结果使用抗菌药。

Research on Drug Resistance and Clinical Distribution of Non-fermentative Bacteria and Enterobacteriaceae Bacteria in ICU

Objective To investigate the distribution and the antimicrobial resistance of non-fermentative bacteria and enterobacteriaceae bacteria in our ICU. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the non-fermentative bacteria and enterobacteriaceae bacteria isolated from clinical samples in the ICU. Result Total amounts of isolated Gram-negative bacilli were 404 strains, including non-fermentative bacteria(242 strains) and enterobacteriaceae bacteria (117 strains).The main pathogens of non-fermentative bacteria were P.aeruginesa Acinetobacteri,C.freundii,S.maltophilia, Burkholdena cepacia. The main enterobacteriaceae bacteria were E.colis, K. pneumoniae and E.cloacae. All the isolated strains were highly resistant to most of antimicrobial agents.Conclusion It is very important to pay attention to the infections caused by non-fermentative and enterobacteriaceae bacteria in ICU. The antibiotics should be chosen according to the result of the antimicrobial susceptibility test.
