全胃并尾侧半胰加脾切除时胰腺残端处理的再探讨（附59例报告）

本文报告我院近年来对５９例全胃并尾侧半胰加脾切除时胰腺残端的处理方法。首先确定胰腺的切断线，然后行垂直切除，遇索状管条用钳夹之，切断后再在胰腺断面中央仔细观察寻找主胰管用细丝线结扎，继之将胰腺残端用粗丝线“８”字结扎一道，结扎时松紧度要合适，以无活动性出血及胰液外漏为宜、作者采用以上措施，５９例中无１例胰瘘发生。

RESEARCH IN MANAGEMENT OF THE PANCREATIC STUMP AFTER RESECTION OF THE DISTAL HALF OF THE PANCREASE DURING TOTAL GASTRECTOMY (REPORT OF 59 CASES)

This paper reported on the handling of the pancreatic stump after total gastrectomy and caudal half-pancreatectomy and splenectomy in 59 cases in the hospital during the last two years. In 59 Such cases following determination of the line of section of the pancreas, effort was made to look for the common pancreatic duct and then ligate with silk suture. The tightness of ligatures must be optimal. No pancreatic fistula occurred in this series.
