| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针刺宫缩作用的机理。方法：将妊娠末期大鼠随机分为空白组、麻油组、针刺组、临产组，用放免法测定羊水雌二醇（E2）、孕激素（P）、羊膜前列腺素E2(PGE2)、血浆内皮素（ET）、血清一氧化氮（NO）。结果：针刺可明显提高雌激素孕激素比值，增加内皮素、一氧化氮、前列腺素E2含量，但不改变内皮互一氧化氮比值。结论：针刺促宫缩作用的途径可能与改变各宫缩物质的含量或比例有关，从而促进分娩发动。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the mechanism of acupuncture in promoting uterine contraction. Methods Rats with late pregnancy were randomized into control group, castor-oil group, acupuncture group and labor group. Radioimmunoassay was used to detect estrogen (E 2), progesterone (P), protaglandin E 2 (PGE 2), endothelin (ET) and nitirc oxide (NO). Results Acupuncture can increase E/P, ET, NO and PGE 2, but does not alter ET/NO. Conclusion Acupuncture may change the substances in relation to uterine contraction, and eventually promote labor. |
