| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨预见性护理措施对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）在预防真菌感染及病程预后的影响。方法：对将108例AECOPD患者分为实验组和对照组各54例，实验组患者加强预见性护理，对照组采用普通护理；两组患者均取其合格痰标本进行真菌培养，观察患者下呼吸道真菌感染及病情恢复情况。结果：观察组真菌检出2例（3．7％），对照组真菌检出10例（18．5％），实验组的真菌检出率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：采取积极有效的预见性护理对AECOPD的继发肺部真菌感染起到积极作用，减少并发症的发生，提高治愈率，值得临床推广。
