| 摘 要： | 目的 评价CT，MRI对眼眶内皮样囊肿和表皮样囊肿的诊断价值。方法 总结分析15例眼眶内皮样囊肿和6例表皮样囊肿的CT，MRI表现并与手术、病理对照。结果 21例CT，MRI检查均发现眶内圆形或类圆形病灶。其中，18例眶内占位信号不均匀，3例为均匀脂肪信号，结论 肿块信号不均匀和眼眶骨壁压迹是皮样囊肿的特征性表现：CT，MRI检查对眶内皮样囊肿与表皮样囊肿具有较准确的定位及定性诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of CT and MR imaging in the diagnosis of intraorbital dermoid and epidermoid cysts.Methods CT and MRI findings of dermoid in 15 cases and epidermoid cysts in 6 cases were analyzed and compared with surgical and pathological findings.Results CT and MRI demonstrated that,intraorbital space-occuping lesions of round or oval shape were found in all patients,of them,the lesions in 18 cases were heterogenous signals while in other 3 cases were homogeneous fatty signals.Conclusion CT and MRI have high value in the localized and qualitative diagnosis of intraorbital dermoid and epidermoid cysts. |
