生物过滤器预防呼吸机相关肺炎的临床观察

摘    要:目的评价生物过滤器预防呼吸机相关肺炎的临床作用.方法需接受呼吸机治疗的病例随机分成生物过滤器组及对照组,选择符合下列条件的病例:入重症监护病房(ICU)前无下呼吸道感染,未使用抗生素,且接受呼吸机治疗时间>48 h者,生物过滤器组52例,对照组48例,比较两组呼吸机相关肺炎的发生率.结果生物过滤器组其呼吸机相关肺炎的发生率明显下降.结论使用生物过滤器能有效地降低呼吸机相关肺炎的发生率,在机械通气中值得推广应用.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To estimate the effect of microbial filter on preventing ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP). METHODS Those patients received mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into two groups: group of microbial filter and control group. Fifty two patients in group of microbial filter and 48 patients in control one were selected under the conditions of mechanical ventilation for longer than 48 hours, no infection in lower respiratory tract and no use of antibiotics before ICU. Two groups were compared by chi square test. RESULTS The incidence of VAP in group of microbial filter was in a marked reduction, X2=3. 92, P<0. 05. CONCLUSIONS Using microbial filter can reduce effectively the incidence of VAP. This result shows that microbial filter should beused widely in mechanical ventilation.
