银杏外种皮中莽草酸的含量测定

摘    要:目的建立银杏外种皮中莽草酸含量的测定方法并考察生长期含量变化的规律。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为5 mmol/L磷酸溶液-甲醇(85∶15),检测波长为217 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min;检测不同生长期的银杏外种皮中莽草酸含量。结果莽草酸在5~300μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 1),样品的平均回收率分别为84.7%(RSD=3.01%)。结论方法简便,快速,可用于银杏外种皮中莽草酸的定量分析。

Abstract:Objective To establish the determination method for shikimic acid in Ginkgo sarcotesta.Methods The shikimic acid was separated on Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d,5 mm)with 5 mmol/L phosphoric acid and methanol(85:15) as mobile phase,at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was 217 nm.Results The linear relationship of shikimic acid was found in the range of 5~300μg/ml(r= 0.999 1) and the average recovery was 84.7%(RSD=3.01%).Conclusion This method is convenient and rapid,and can be used for the determination of shikimic acid in Ginkgo sarcotesta.
