| 摘 要： | 目的通过研究丹参素对凝血、血小板聚集及血液流变的作用,探讨其对防治心肌缺血的作用机制。方法玻片法测凝血时间、比浊法测定血小板聚集率、肝素抗凝测血液流变学指标。结果丹参素显著延长凝血时间;明显抑制血小板聚集率;能显著降低高、中、低切变率下的全血黏度,能降低血沉、红细胞压积、红细胞变形指数及红细胞电泳时间。结论丹参素有较强的抗凝血作用,其抗凝作用与其促进血小板聚集作用、改善血流变有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of Danshensu on blood coagulation' platelet aggregation and hemorheology.Methods Coagulate time(CT) was measured by glass method sheet;turbidimetric method was used to estimate platelet aggregation,hemorheology was measured with heparin as anticoagulant.Results Danshensu markedly prolonged CT,prominently inhibited the platelet aggregation,the whole blood viscosity under high,middle and low shear rates and BSR and index(AI) of HCT,RBC and erythrocyte electrophoretic time.... |
