| 摘 要： | 目的研究北五味子藤茎的化学成分。方法采用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,并结合化合物的理化性质与波谱数据对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为去氢二异丁香酚(dehydrodiisoeugenol)(Ⅰ);Eriobofu-ran(Ⅱ);4,5-Dihydroxy-3-methoxybiphenyl(Ⅲ),Gomisin N(Ⅳ);(+)deoxyschizandrin(Ⅴ);β-谷甾醇(β-Sitoster-ol)(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ为首次从五味子属中分离得到。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the chemical constituents from the stem of Schisandra chinensis(Turcz)Baill.Methods Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents.Their structures were elucidated based on the physico-chemical properties and spectral data.Results Six compounds were obtained and elucidated as dehydrodiisoeugenol(Ⅰ);eriobofuran(Ⅱ);4,5-Dihydroxy-3-methoxybiphenyl(Ⅲ);Gomisin N(Ⅳ);(+)deoxyschizandrin(Ⅴ);β-Sitosterol(Ⅵ).Conclusion Among these compounds,compoundsⅠ～Ⅲ were obtained from the Schisandra for the first time. |
