淫羊藿叶片中类胡萝卜素的提取分析研究

摘    要:目的采用L9(33)正交实验法,研究淫羊藿叶片中类胡萝卜素的最优提取工艺。方法以β-胡萝卜素得率为指标,以乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间为因素进行正交实验。结果影响淫羊藿叶片类胡萝卜素提取的最主要因素为乙醇浓度,其次为提取时间、提取温度。最佳提取条件为:料液比为1∶10(V/V)时,90%乙醇,50℃提取,提取3 h。结论此工艺操作简单,通过实验验证,最佳提取条件下,淫羊藿叶片中类胡萝卜素平均提取得率为29.1454μg/g。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technology of carotenoids from leaves of Epimedium by orthogonal design L9(33).Methods The experiment was performed with the extraction rate of β-carotene as the index and the ethanol concentration,extraction time,extraction temperature as affecting factors.Results The primary factor which influenced the extraction rate was the ethanol concentration,extraction time,extraction temperature.The optimum condition were that: the ratio of material to liquid was 1:10(v/v),the ethanol concentration was 90%(v/v),the extraction temperature was 50℃,and the extraction time was 3h.Conclusion The method is simple and practicable and the extraction rate of carotenoids is 29.2512μg/g.
