西林县3176名壮族人群高尿酸血症与脂代谢异常关系的研究

目的探讨广西西林县3176名壮族人群高尿酸血症(Hyperuricemia)与脂代谢异常的关系。方法检测3176例体检人群的血尿酸(Uricemia,UA)及血脂中的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)等指标。对比不同性别人群的高UA检出率。统计男性不同UA水平(正常UA组、高UA组)、女性不同UA水平(正常UA组、高UA组)脂代谢异常情况。结果 3176例体检人群中检出高尿酸血症为706例(18.98%),其中男性检出率为25.58%,女性检出率为17.54%,男性检出率高于女性(P<0.01)。706例高尿酸血症中脂代谢异常502例(71.10%),其中男性占53.97%,女性占17.14%。男性高尿酸血症组中的各单项脂代谢异常指标(高TC、高TG、高HDL-C、高LDL-C)明显高于正常UA组(P<0.01);女性高尿酸血症组中除高HDL-C外其他脂代谢异常指标明显高于正常UA组(P<0.01)。结论高尿酸血症男性明显多于女性;高尿酸血症人群脂代谢异常明显多于正常人。因此,需重视高尿酸血症,注意保持血脂正常有助于防治高尿酸血症。

Study on the abnormal relationship between hyperuricemia and lipid metabolism in 3176 cases of Zhuang minority from Xilin County

Objective To investigate the relationship between hyperuricemia and lipid metabolism abnormality.Methods The uricemia(UA),total cholesterol(TC) in the blood fat,triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(LDL-C)of 3176 people for health examination were analyzed.The rates of finding hyperuricemia for different genders were compared.The UA level and lipid metabolism abnormality of males(the normal UA group and the hyperUA group) and females(the normal UA group and the hyperUA group) were given statistical analysis.Results The rate of hyperuricemia was 18.98%(706cases),in which male accounted for 25.58% and female 17.54%.Male had higher rate of hypercuricemia(P<0.01).In the 706 cases with hyperuricemia,502 cases(71.10%) were detected with lipid metabolism,in which male accounted for 53.97% and female 17.14%.Each index of lipid metabolism abnormality in the male hyper UA group was higher those of the male normal UA group.Except for HDL-C,each index in the female hyper UA group also was higher than those of the female normal group.Conclusion In the cases of hyperuricemia,there are more males than females.And the lipid metorbolism abnormality of people with hypercuricemia is more than that of normal people.To maintain the blood fat at a normal level is good for prevention of hyperuricemia.
