超声心动图在川崎病冠状动脉病变中的应用

目的:探讨超声心动图在川崎病冠状动脉病变中的应用价值。方法:回顾分析83例川崎病患儿的临床资料及显示冠状动脉异常的超声心动图表现。结果:83例川崎病患儿中冠状动脉受损者22例,发生率26.5%,其中典型病例发生冠状动脉异常率19.2%(10/52例),非典型病例为64.5%(20/31例)。于病程早期(10天内)发现冠状动脉异常者占50%。结论:超声心动图对川崎病的早期诊断、疗效观察、估计预后和长期随访发挥重要作用。

The application of ultrasonic cardiogram in the pathological changes of kawasaki coronary artery

Objective:This paper studies the application value of ultrasonic cardiogramin the pathological changes of kawasaki coronary artery.Methods:Regression analysis is made in 83 cases of kawasaki disease clinical data and display of ultrasonic cardiogram in children with coronary artery anomalies.Results:There are 22 cases with coronary artery impaired in 83 cases of children kawasaki disease,and the incidence rate is 26.5%;among them the coronary artery anomalies rate in the typical cases is 19.2%(10/52 cases),and the non-typical case is 64.5%(20/31 cases).50% of coronary artery anomalies are found in the early course(10 days).Conclusion:Ultrasonic cardiogram plays an important role in the early diagnosis,curative effects,estimated prognosis and long-term follow-up of kawasaki disease.
