摘    要:目的研究芜菁中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺并测定其含量,为芜菁资源的合理开发和利用提供科学依据。方法以乙醇为溶剂,采用索氏提取,分光光度法测定芜菁中总黄酮的含量,并通过稳定性、精密度和回收率试验检验了该方法的可靠性和重现性。结果标准液及供试液均在510nm处有最大吸收。回归方程:A=0.01853 c+0.07628,r=0.9998;平均总黄酮的含量:2.797%,平均加样回收率:101.6%;精密度和加样回收率的RSD值分别为:0.85%,1.21%。本法具有操作简单,稳定,准确,重复性好,灵敏度高,可作为芜菁总黄酮的含量测定法。

The content of the total flavonoids of Brassicarapa L by spectrophotometric method

Abstract:Objective To establish the optimum procedure of the flavonoidS extraction of Brassica rapa L.To Brassica rapa L leaves the rational development and utilization to provide a scientific basis.Methods Ethanol as solvent,the use of ultrasonic extraction,colorimetric method determination of total flavonoids in mulberry leaves drug content,and stability,precision and recovery test of the method of testing the reliability and reproducibility.Results Standard solution and test solution for the department in the maximum absorption 510nm.Regression equation: A=0.01853 c+0.07628,r=0.9998.The average content of total flavonoids: 2.797%,with an average recovery rate: 101.6%.Precision and recovery values of RSD are as follows: 0.85%、1.21%.This method is simple,sensitive and can be used just Brassica rapa L determination of total flavonoids.
