不同糖尿病教育模式对糖尿病患者自我管理能力的影响

目的 了解不同健康教育模式对糖尿病患者自我管理能力的影响,以便找到更好的提高糖尿病患者自我管理能力的方法.方法 选取300名糖尿病患者随机分为两组,分别实行幻灯大堂课与看图说话互动式糖尿病相关知识健康教育,在健康教育前后6个月进行问卷调查,相关数据输入数据库,运用统计软件进行分析.结果 两组患者健康教育后对糖尿病自我管理能力的得分均高于健康教育前的得分,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；糖尿病看图对话组较幻灯大堂课组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 糖尿病看图对话互动式教育模式较幻灯大堂课能更有有效的提高糖尿病患者的自我管理能力,从而改善生活方式.

The influence of differents of diabetes health education for self-management

Objective To evaluate the status of knowledge about diabetes transmitted from two forms of health education,for strengthening self-management of patients with diabetes.Methods 300 patients with diabetes were randomized to receive health education in application of slides in big classs or diabetic picture.The results of questionnaire survey before and 6 mothes after health education were transferred to database and analyized by statistical software.Results After 6 mothes,the two groups both had a higher score on self-management than before the education(P<0.05).The application of diabetic picture had done better than the other group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diabetic picture can improve self-management in patenties with diabetes more effctively than slides,which benefits for their self-mangenment and improvement of life style,the reduction of weight and fasting blood-glucose.
