| 摘 要： | 目的:通过循证护理的方法,制定住院自主饮食病人的营养护理措施,改善营养状态,提高治疗效果.方法:按照循证方法提出问题,检索文献,总结制定出8条营养护理措施并加以实施.结果:对病人进行系统的营养支持护理,降低了病人营养不良的发生率,加快了病人的康复.结论:住院自主饮食病人的循证营养护理是改善病人营养状态的有效手段.

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish nutritional nursing of inpatients with self - catering base on evidence - based nursing so as to imprave patient＇s nutrional state and treatment effect. Methods：To raise questions, search literature and sum up eight nutritional nursing measures according to evidence methods. Results ： Systematic nutritional support could reduce the occur rate of malnutrition and make a quick recovery for the patients. Conclusion ： Evidence - based nutritional nursing for self - catering inpatients is an effect measure too improve the nutritional status of their patients. |
