中年原发性高血压患者心理状况调查分析及心理干预

目的:调查中年原发性高血压患者的心理状况,探讨其影响因素及护理对策。方法:采用一般情况问卷调查和90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)对48例中年原发性高血压患者和常模对照进行调查分析。结果:SCL-90量表的总均分、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖因子的平均得分都显著高于常模(P<0.05),躯体化、强迫症状、偏执和精神病性因子的平均得分与常模无差异性(P>0.05)。结论:中年原发性高血压患者的心理状况存在异常,护士应及时进行心理干预以提高患者的生活质量。

Investigation and analysis of psychological stage for middle-aged patients with primary hypertension and its psychological intervention.

Objective： To investigate the mental health status in middle - aged patients with primary hypertension,and analyze the main related factors and treatment. Methods： A general questionnaire and symptom checklist 90 （SCL -90） of 48 middle -aged patients with primary hypertension and norms were investigated, and compared with norm. Results ： SCL - 90 questionnaire results showed that 5 indexes of the middle - aged patients with primary hypertension were higher than the norm. The 5 indexes included sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility and fear were statistically significant. The others was no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The middle - aged hypertensive patients with poor mental state, and their quality of life should be improved through nurses＇ psychological intervention.
