摘    要:目的:探讨不同质量控制方法对减少动脉血气标本采集量的效果。方法:第一阶段对2个ICU病区(A组和B组)的护士进行诊断性失血的相关培训,第二阶段将A、B两组使用的动脉血气针规格由3 ml更换为1 ml,另一个病区的护士(C组)作为对照组。两种方法进行干预后,分别记录各组动脉血气标本采集量并进行比较。结果:第一阶段中,A组平均标本采集血量为(1.33±0.33)ml,略少于C组的平均采血量(1.38±0.35)ml,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组平均标本采集血量为(0.88±0.25)ml,明显少于C组和A组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。第二阶段将血气针规格由3 ml更换为1 ml后,A、B两组采集的平均标本血量分别为(0.74±0.15)ml和(0.69±0.16)ml,和同组第一阶段相比,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论:动脉血气针由3 ml到1 ml的更换能有效地减少诊断性失血量。

The effects of different quality control methods to decrease of the amount sample collected for blood gas analysis.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of different quality control methods to decrease the amount of sample collected for blood gas analysis.Methods:During period 1,each nurse in two ICU wards was instructed about diagnostic blood loss.During period 2,3 ml arterial blood gas needles were replaced by 1 ml needles in group A and group B,and another ward(group C) served as the control group.After intervented with two methods,the measurements of collected sample amount were recorded and compared separately.Results: During period 1,the average sample volumes from group A were(1.33±0.33)ml,less than those from group C slightly,there was no statistical difference(P0.05).The average sample volumes from group B was(0.88±0.25)ml,less than from group C and A obviously,and the difference between each group was significant(P0.01).During period 2,after the 1-ml needles instead of the 3 ml needles,the average sample volumes from group A and B were(0.74±0.15)ml and(0.69±0.16)ml,compared with the same group during period 1,there was statistical significance(P0.01).Conclusion:The replacement of the arterial blood gas syringe specification from 3 ml to 1 ml could reduce the amount of diagnostic blood loss availably.
