术前访视对预防心脏外科术后患者ICU综合征的效果观察

目的:通过ICU护士术前访视降低心脏外科手术患者ICU综合征的发生率。方法:将60例心脏外科手术患者随机分为试验组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组患者由外科病房护士和手术室护士进行常规术前准备和宣教,试验组患者在此基础上由ICU护士进行术前访视。比较两组患者术后的谵妄值、焦虑值及护理满意度。结果:试验组患者的焦虑值和谵妄值均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ICU护士术前访视能有效降低心脏外科术后患者ICU综合征的发生率,同时也可以使患者以积极的心态配合ICU治疗和护理,有助于提高ICU护理满意度。

Observation the effect of preoperative supervision on preventing ICU syndrome heart surgery patients.

Objective： Through preoperative supervision to reduce the incidence of ICU syndrome of heart surgery patients. Results ： The patients＇ anxiety value and delirium value of experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the satisfaction was higer than that Of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The 1CU nurse preoperative supervision cardiac surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of 1CU syndrome, also can make a patient with positive attitude with treatment and care in the ICU, which helps to improve care satisfaction in the 1CU.
