阶段性教学法在护理技能训练中的应用

摘    要:目的:通过运用阶段性训练法对护理专业学生进行护理技能操作培训,达到节省人力及时间,提高教学效果及学生技能考核达标率的目的.方法:选取160名学生分为5个组,对10项护理技术操作进行培训,为期55 d.培训过程分成三个阶段,第一阶段35 d,组内10项操作技术的训练,教师给每位学生进行考核、评分;第二阶段10 d,组内对10项技术操作进行重复强化训练、考核;第三阶段10 d,组间循环模拟考核.结果:160名学生在不同时间段内对各项操作平均成绩存在差异;5个组学生对各项操作成绩没有明显差异.结论:阶段性教学方法在护理技能训练教学过程中的应用,可节省时间、节省教学资源,提高工作效率及学生的学习效果.

Abstract:Objective:Through the use of periodic training methods for nursing students in the nursing skills training,to save time and resources to improve teaching effectiveness and student skills assessment compliance rate purposes.Methods:160 students selected group of 10 nursing techniques for trained for 55 days.Training process was divided into three phases,the first 35 days,10 operations within the group skills training,the teachers give each student to examine and score,The second stage 10 days,the group of 10 technical operations for repeated intensive training,assessment.The third stage 10 days,group cycle simulation assessment.Result:160 students in different time periods of operation of the differences in average scores.Five groups of students on the operating results are not significantly different.Conclusion:Stage teaching methods in teaching nursing skills in the application process,can save time,save teaching resources and improve efficiency and student learning.
