| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨原发性肝癌行肝动脉栓塞化疗(TACE)后并发急性肾功能衰竭的原因及护理.方法:采用回顾性方法,对6例行TACE治疗并发ARF的肝癌患者进行分析.结果:6例原发性肝癌患者,TACE治疗后4 d以内出现ARF.经过积极的治疗和精心的护理,5例患者肾功能恢复正常,1例患者因并发脑梗死临床死亡.结论:对原发性肝癌行TACE后患者进行早期观察、早期干预和护理至关重要,可减少TACE治疗后ARF发生率,改善患者的预后.

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the reason and nursing of the primary liver cancer patients undergoing transcatheter arterial chemoembolisation（TACE） complicated by acute renal failure（ARF）.Method：6 primary liver cancer patients suffered from the ARF after TACE were analyzed retrospectively.Results：All the 6 primary liver cancer patients suffered from ARF in four days after TACE.After active treatment and careful nursing,5 cases′ renal function were recovery,1 case died from complicated cerebral infarction.Conclusion：It is important that giving the primary liver cancer patients early observations,early intervention and early nursing after the TACE,which can reduce the incidence of ARF after TACE,and improve the prognosis. |
