阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者137例围手术期问题分析及护理体会

目的:针对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者围术期面临的问题进行分析、总结。方法:回顾性分析我科5年来出院的137例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)手术患者的病历资料。结果:本组患者治愈120例,症状明显改善13例,效果欠佳4例。经治疗和护理,患者出院时感觉满意,鼾声、憋气明显减轻或消失。结论:相应的护理干预可及时缓解或解决患者围手术期所面临的问题;对患者围手术期面临问题的清醒认识和充分思考是做好护理工作的重要条件,同时亦应注重对患者围手术期的心理护理。

Analysis the questions in Perioperative period of 137 Patients with bostructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and its nursing experience.

Objective ： To analyze and summarize the perioperative period clinical problem of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） patients. Methods： Review 137 medical records of past 5 years,to analyze the patients clinical problems during the preoperative period. Results：There were 120 patients cured, 13 patients had remarkable improvement,4 patients had poor effect. After treatment and nursing the symptoms of snoring and suffocation reduced or disappear. Conclusion： Nursing intervention can play an important role in preoperative period; especially the psychology nursing care can not be neglected.
