| Abstract: | This paper analyzed measures and results obtained in the discipline construction in Baoshan branch of Shanghai First People＇s Hospital. We found it is key issue which enhances and promotes the medical quality. And we also experienced that developing management innovation, establishing competition mechanism, meeting health reform and basing human resource must be made to achieve success in discipline construction. |
