| 摘 要： | 目的了解消防救援官兵震灾后心理状况及对应急心理干预效果评估。方法对20例消防救援官兵在震灾后应激反应采用团体咨询的心理干预模式。并对干预前后评分结果进行比较。结果地震后消防救援人员的主要问题是持续警觉性增高的临床症状及负性情绪,按照应激综合征的严重程度,对其分组逐次进行针对性的心理干预,干预前后心理评估分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论干预后应激反应综合征减少,负性情绪和警觉性显著减轻,最大限度地避免了创伤后应激障碍发生。应加消防部队心理素质教育。 |
