| 摘 要： | 一少女月经来潮发热，初诊认为与外感有关，用清热凉血祛风解表法治之，未见效。后改为补益气血、甘温除热，以补中益气汤治之，仍无改善。再次辨证后认为是冲任不调、阴虚内热所致，以养阴清热、调经祛风治之，终得痊愈。

| Abstract: | A girl with menstrual fever was first treated by clearing heat and cooling blood, dispeling wind and relieveing exterior, but in vain; she was secondly treated by supplementing qi and blood, but also in vain; she was thirdly treated by supplementing yin and clearing heat, regulating menstruation and removeing wind, and obtained cure. |
