| 摘 要： | 目的应用彩色多普勒超声心动图评价左向右分流型先天性心脏病封堵术后的疗效和安全性。方法 2004-2010年成功行房间隔缺损(ASD)、室间隔缺损(VSD)、动脉导管未闭(PDA)封堵术后患者127例,其中ASD45例,VSD 42例,PDA 40例。应用Amplatzer封堵器,所有患者均在术前,术后3d,1、3、6个月行彩色多普勒超声检查及12导联心电图检查。结果 127例患者均成功介入治疗。与术前比较,心功能均有明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),心腔大小均有不同程度缩小(P<0.05或P<0.01),心电图检查右束支传导阻滞(RBBB)、房室传导阻滞(AVB)消失或减少(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论左向右分流型先天性心脏病封堵治疗是安全、可靠的。
