血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶轻度异常的慢性乙型肝炎肝脏病理分析

摘    要:目的分析丙氨酸氨基转移酶轻度异常的慢性乙型肝炎的肝脏病理特征,探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者性别、年龄与肝脏病理的关系。方法对209例丙氨酸氨基转移酶轻度异常的慢性乙型肝炎患者采用全自动生化检测仪检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、AST的水平,乙型肝炎病毒的血清标志物(HBsAg、HBeAg)采用荧光定量法检测,行肝穿刺活检及肝组织病理检查。结果 209例患者血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶45~80U.L-1,血清AST 45~80U.L-1。HBeAg阳性120例,HBeAg阴性89例。209例患者肝脏均有病理改变,异常率为100.0%(209/209)。G1为24.4%(51/209),G2为36.8%(77/209),G3为33.0%(69/209),G4为5.7%(12/209),G2-G4为75.6%(158/209);S1为42.1%(88/209),S2为37.3%(78/209),S3为13.9%(29/209),S4为6.7%(14/209),S2-S4为57.9%(121/209)。男性患者肝组织炎症及肝组织纤维化发生率与女性比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。<20岁、≥20~<29岁、≥29~<40岁患者肝...
